By creating an account or using Rollify, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use Rollify, you must:

Provide accurate information
Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Keeping login credentials secure
All activity performed under your account
Maintaining accurate business information
Ensuring customer data you enter is lawful
We may suspend accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or security violations.
3. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
Attempt to access another business’s (tenant's) data
Reverse engineer or copy Rollify code
Upload malicious or harmful content
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Violate intellectual property rights
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Rollify is a subscription-based service.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
All subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
Fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
You authorize Stripe to process recurring charges.
5. Data Ownership
You own all customer and business data entered into Rollify.
Rollify does not claim ownership of your quotes, invoices, or customer information.
You grant us permission to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Platform Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted operation
Error-free performance
Immediate support responses
Maintenance may occur with or without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rollify is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services (Stripe, Base44, hosting providers).
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months.

9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
